Virtual STEM Research/internships in Cyprus

 Conduct VIRTUAL  research at the University of Nicosia in Cyprus as part of the Global Semesters virtual resarch/internship program - available for Summer 2021 and Fall 2021!

Students are able to choose from a variety of research.  Research will be conducted in English.

Students will enroll in a research course as part of this program and will receive 3 credits for the successful completion of the research with PRIOR approval of academic advisor.  Please consult with your academic advisor as to if the course will fulfill any degree requirements.  Students who enroll in the semester research course, may wish to combine the research course with other courses for a fulltime academic load.


The program cost is still being finalized but will not be more than a 3 credit course in summer.

Students must complete BOTH the Pitt application AND Global Semesters application by stated deadlines.  Please apply to Pitt's application via this portal per our deadline of March 31, 2021.  You should at the same time, also complete the separate Global Semesters program application here. Global Semesters has a rolling deadline with latest application deadline date of May 1, 2021.
