Join the Global Experiences Office for a Passport Fair! We are bringing passport processing to you ON-CAMPUS! We have teamed up with the United States Post Office to offer U.S. passport processing for students for this one-day event from 9:30am-4:00pm in the Global Hub.

On Sept. 1 at 9am, we will open sign-ups for a 15 minute appointment to have your documents reviewed and processed by USPS. Students can apply for their first passport, or be renewing an old one! Appointment slots are on a first come, first serve basis. If you are interested in attending and submitting a passport application during the Passport Fair please note, SPACES ARE LIMITED & WILL FILL QUICKLY – SIGN UP HERE OR SCAN THE QR CODE IN THE FLYER.

Please review the required documents from the Department of State and other requirements for your U.S. passport appointment below:

  • Birth certificate/ proof of citizenship

  • Photocopy of ID
  • Old passport (if applicable)

You can also have your pictures taken on-site by USPS staff for an additional fee ($15), or bring them with you. Review the passport photo requirements if you have them taken prior to your application appointment on-campus.

Worried about the processing time (currently 10-13 weeks)? USPS is able to do an expedited passport (7-9 weeks) for an additional cost. If you are expediting, those fees will be added to the check or money order for the U.S. Department of State.
