CSAT: Taiwan

This is an opportunity to study in Taiwan for a 4-week mini-semester in the summer. A wide range of courses across disciplines is offered, including Chinese language. content courses are taught in English. Day trips, excursions and cultural activities are included in the program.

Pitt in Greece

Pitt in Greece is a true travel adventure! This is a mobile program taking place in Tolo, Olympia, Karpathos, and Athens - Greece. Through this program you will meet all kinds of people! You literally “see” history as you make your own history! We learn as we go. We’ll teach and be taught as we traverse the country, as we interact with locals and key people in their respective fields and life experiences; and we want to produce learning products in many and diverse formats. You will “play” too!

Plus3: SSOE Transfer Plus

This program is open to all Pitt SSOE sophomores, juniors, and  seniors. Priority acceptance is given to students who have transferred into SSOE. (If you transferred into SSOE during your college career after your first year, you are eligible for this program.)
 

EPFL- Engineering research

Spend your summer doing research at one of the cutting-edge laboratories at Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland! This program enables students to learn how research is conducted in a different culture and environment at one of the most successful and renowned universities in Europe! EPFL is home to over 500 laboratories who focus on topics ranging from space, polar science, neuro-prostheses, transportation, and much more!
