This program is designed for students with an interest in consulting and non-profit management who are seeking a hands-on, project-based experience that will allow you to develop professional skills while benefiting a global community partner. In Puerto Rico, we work with,Caras con Causa, an organization focused on community development through education and environmental preservation projects. You'll be enrolled in a three credit course and spend the week of spring break in San Juan working directly with Caras.

In Bolivia, we work with CEOLI, a school for disabled children and young adults. You'll be enrolled in a three credit course and spend the week of spring break in Cochabamba working directly with CEOLI.

Along with being an important Italian business hub for human resources, fashion marketing, and tourism management, Florence is also a beautiful, historic city. 

Spend a month in the beautiful and historic city of Florence, Italy! Through two courses for a total of 6 credits you will explore the history of art and architecture, as well as the engineering & sustainability practices of the European Renaissance.  

This program is open to ALL majors, including non-SSOE students. 

The Pittsburgh-London Film Program aims to provide students with a uniquely rich academic and cultural experience, combining the highest level of academic expertise with the world class production skills of the Derek Jarman Lab. All the courses on the program take London as their focus and all seek to mix production with history and analysis.

To attest to the outstanding quality of this program, several of the Pittsburgh London Film Program student’s essay films have been selected to screen at the BFI Future Film Festival!
